  2. Add cruciferous vegetables in your diet like cabbage, spinach
  3. Consume yellow colored vegetables such as carrot’s, pumpkins,
  4. Frruits such as apples, berries, grapes are good
  5. Chia seeds and Flaxeeds
  6. Onions and garlic in plenty
  7. Eat almonds. It contains laetrile that acts on cancer cells
  8. Eat plenty of tomatoes. The red color lycopene is a very powerful antioxidant that fights cancer cells
  9. Beetroot juice is super. It’s color is because of powerful antioxidants
  10. Green tea is great
  11. Drink plenty of water daily
  12. Limit sugar consumption. Cancer cells love and thrive on sugar
  13. Avoid refined and processed foods
  14. Keep off high fructose corn syrup
  15. Excercise regularly
  16. Meditation and mindfulness practice
  17. Positive affirmations
  18. Practice forgiveness and love for both self and others
