Negative emotions are feelings that we develop on a daily basis through interactions with self, workplace, family, friends and your environment. They are triggered by events in life that trigger negative thought patterns in our minds. Remember that thoughts are things. Thinking creates the fact. That’s why it’s very important that you should master your emotions. They are a part of the creative process in your world. You are the master thinker in your world. Everything in this world good or bad started out as a thought in someone’s mind. Either good or bad. Thought patterns trigger emotional energy that trigger behavior. Action of course breeds outcomes in our lives and the world at large. Health, wealth, fame, happiness etc are all outcomes whose origins is at the thought level powered by emotions, positive or negative.
Negative emotions are triggered by negative thought patterns. They actually affect our health negatively. They provoke the release of excessive toxic hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline. The immune function is also suppressed as a consequence. Our body’s tissues and organs begin to be destroyed leading to malfunction and disease. Therefore a number of chronic degenerative diseases have been blamed on chronic stress triggered by these emotions and clinging to them. That’s why many diseases cannot be cured through administration of pills alone. You do not suffer from a pill deficiency. Prolonged negative emotions are deposited in the subconscious mind to run as an auto program causing havoc to your organs and systems. That’s where mind body medicine comes in handy to help you resolve your self created predicament that’s sustaining a disease that has been declared incurable.

How should you handle these negative emotions?
Well we’ve said that emotions are creative in your life. They are like seeds and influence what you harvest in your life including health or disease. Positive emotions trigger the release of positive hormones such as melatonin and endorphins. Melatonin promotes good sleep. Endorphins are referred to as happy hormones. They are the bodies natural painkillers. Therefore positive emotions promote health. Negative emotions on the other hand trigger the release of both cortisol and adrenaline. Cortisol promotes the formation and deposition of bad cholesterol in your cardiovascular system. This leads to hardening and narrowing of arteries. Therefore high blood pressure, heart problems, obesity, arthritis, fibroids, stroke, memory problems, impotence, infertility, diabetes etc may be promoted or even be made worsen.
From the above we can see that about 90% of chronic degenerative diseases may be due to prolonged negative emotions side effects. Therefore, if we can treat the root cause then healing commencement must be the next consequence. We will be handling the condition at the root cause and not at the effect manifestation, as a plethora of symptoms.
Many people develop emotions and block them. Mistake. These emotions end up being suppresed in their subconscious mind. They now operate as auto programs without the individual being conscious about them. They operate at almost the same level of control like that of your breathing, heart beating, blood circulation and immune functions. They create havoc in the body’s biochemical structures manifesting externally as disease symptoms. In this kind of case the person has decided to own those emotions not knowing that they are actually seeds of disease manifestation in their life. They are the farmers in their lives and have selected these negative emotions to be planted in their subconscious mind garden. Of course the harvest over time will follow the natural immutable laws of sowing and reaping. It says you reap what you sow in abundance. Emotions are supposed to be felt then let go. Through this order then you’ll come back to your true self! You cannot let go and not feel. Feel the emotion first then let go. You then come back to your true self. This then provokes healing. Never attempt to suppress these emotions. If you do so they will find residence in your subconscious mind as seeds and will yield a bountiful harvest of disease. Whatever you focus on expands. If you focus on your negative emotions you’ll end up attracting people, situations, circumstances etc that are similar! Your disease status will be multiplied. If you live in denial to your emotions you’ll find that you will be disconnected from your power to get what you want in life like healing.
Heal your life from these emotional traumas of yesterday’s and today’s that may be deeply embedded in your subconscious mind. It’s too expensive to host them there yielding poor health and being slapped with a huge health bill. Change your mind and change your life!
