Inorder to enhance the effect of vinegar, honey and cinnamon may be added. If you don’t take honey, simply omit it in the recipe.

How to Use Apple Cider Vinegar in Arthritis
1. Place warm water in a mug
2. Add a tablespoon of organic vinegar
(with mother)
3. Add a tablespoon of pure honey
4. Add a teaspoon of powdered cinnamon
5. Stirr the mixture and drink.every morning after breakfast and evening after supper
Take note when purchasing vinegar that we have the organic type and also the synthetic industrial use one. For health purposes I would recommend the organic type labelled with the word “with mother”. This is the original stuff and the price just demonstrates that. The synthetic one is very much cheaper and has no ‘mother’.
